The new governor has signed an executive order to rollback the vehicle license fee increase. We have been advised to continue collecting the higher fees because it will take time to reprogram the DMV computers. How much time is unknown... maybe later this week or maybe next month.
We do know that customers will be refunded for all overpayments retroactive to Oct 1st, 2003 by the DMV. This is great news. NOW IS the best time to purchase a new vehicle; get huge rebates and discounts plus a refund from the DMV.
