CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:

Local, Sheriff and State Law Enforcement (including Texas Constables): Sworn law enforcement officers, authorized to carry firearms and make arrests, employed full-time, including special unit officers (e.g. Canine,SWAT, Harbor Police), court officers, jail-related officers and detectives.

Special Jurisdiction Law Enforcement: Sworn law enforcement officers, authorized to carry firearms and make arrests, employed full-time, at public colleges and universities.

Federal Law Enforcement: Sworn law enforcement officers, authorized to carry firearms and make arrests, employed full-time, serving in the following agencies:

Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics:Local, State, Federal and Special Jurisdiction, employed full-time, paid-on-call or volunteer. Forestry Firefighters, Smokejumper Firefighters, and Private-for-hire Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics are included in this program.

VERIFICATION OF STATUS:

Law Enforcement - Employee I.D. card.

Firefighters – Employee I.D. or other documentation that clearly reflects their eligibility status. Other documentation may include a paycheck stub.

Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics – Employee I.D. or proof of registration with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (required in 38 states). In those states that have their own registration policy (12 states), the EMT or Paramedic must provide proof of registration that complies with that state's registration policy.

This incentive is transferable to members of the eligible customer's immediate family living in the same household. The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible customer or in the name of the immediate family member living in the same household.
